Argentinian Malbec Inspired Wine
This medium bodied wine has a dark red, almost purple color. Dry, highlighted with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry. Hints of spice, leather, violet and pepper. Pairs well with prime rib, steak and stews.

A Chillian Cabernet Cauvignon Inspired Wine
This Cab is hailing you! Dry, highlighted with flavors of black cherry and black currant. Pairs well with cheddar, grilled meats and chocolate.
San John
A Sangiovese-Inspired Wine
This remarkable wine is created by our Founding Partner, Lorie Dixon, to honor her father, John Dixon – the man who inspired her love of red wines!
Medium bodied, highlighted with touch of black pepper and spice. Pairs well with pasta dishes, hard cheeses, basil, pizza and fine steaks.

Meledi
A Pinot Noir Inspired Wine
Named after partners Melissa and Eddie Peters this Pinot Noir is dry with flavors of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and plum. Hints of spice, chocolate, sweet tobacco. This is a surprising Pinot Noir that grabs onto pepper and pairs well with steak, cheeses and tuna.
Whites

Refreshing wine with hints of pear, citrus and green apple. Pairs well with seafood, whitefish and antipasto salad. An agreeable wine, on that we can agreegio.
Everything Happens for A Riesling - Riesling - photo coming soon
Everything happens for a Riesling! Crisp and fruity with botanical notes. Semi sweet with a dry finish. Pairs well with Asian food, salmon and chicken.
Vee-Own-Yay
A Viognier Inspired Wine
Though it is hard to pronounce, this wine is easy to drink! Fragrant with hints of honeysuckle, peach and citrus. Pairs well with alfredo, mushroom, crab and seafood dishes.
Cool Cat
A Moscato-Inspired Wine
Sweet white wine that has hints of peach, green apple and nectarine. Pairs well with spicy foods, Mexican dishes, Asian dishes and wedge salads.
I Charded - Chardonnay (photo coming soon)
Light buttery and not very oaky, this refreshing Chardonnay is crisp and refreshing. Floral hints with a light finish. Pairs well with chicken, pork and salads. As fun as the name!

Blush Rose that is refreshing with notes of floral and light fruit. Crisp and dry.sAA
Tickled Pink - Retiring, available while supplies last
This wine will tickle your fancy! White Zinfandel with tickles of pear, strawberry and raspberry. Blush wine is medium pink rose and slightly drier than a typical blush.
Pairs well with cold cut meats, mild cheeses and salads.

Blueberry Burst
Shiraz base that is bursting with Blueberries! This wine is extra sweet with an elevated alcohol content of 14%
Put the Lime in the Coconut
If a pina colada and a margarita were to create a wine – this would be it! Hints of coconut and lime come together for a fruity, refreshing dance in your glass.
Berry Romantic
A Merlot base is the playground for this Berry Blackberry wine.
Apple of my Eye
Green apple sweetens the Riesling base of this tart and fruity wine.
Super Berry Bliss
Shiraz is the blissful home for the Acai and Raspberry in this sweet wine. Blissfully delicious!
Bouncing Berry

Dessert
Raspberry Chocolate
Dessert in a glass! Chocolate with bursts of fruity raspberry. This dessert wine is great on its own or can be served over ice cream, brownies or pudding!.
Cafe Au Lait
Nothing like your morning coffee! Typical of medium roast coffee, aromas of toffee, burnt marshmallow, and chocolate will entice you and follow through to a palate that finishes with lingering notes of vanilla.
Fire and Ice
Ice Wine – grapes picked after a frost to enhance their natural sugars and intense sweetness. Hints of honey crisp apple and pear. Serve cold. Consider chopping up a jalapeno and add it to the bottle to get the “fire” and “ice” effect.
Periodically we offer Limited Release Dessert Wines! Toasted Caramel, Raspberry Mocha, Raspberry Ice and Smores are among some of the SHUW favorites. Be sure to ask what Limited Releases are available.
